For The Club At Longview Michael was invited to ride along with Jack Nicklaus as he designed the course. From that exposure and knowledge he created 6 holes of golf months before the course was completed. He added pins, grass, bunkers and made the course appear to be completed. Then he created an ad for The New York Times , created story boards for the builders involved and finally developed a master layout of every hole and created the website. Those precious months ahead of schedule allowed the sales center to accurately show homesites to prospective buyers. In a virtual reality world Michael visited The Coast of Oregon and California and created his own holes.

In the case of Verdict Ridge in Denver North Carolina Michael captured the vision of the course into art that the pro shop sold for years.

At one point Michael was given two days to capture Ballantyne Resort with a boom lift and convert that into hole in one rewards, resort decor and gift shop prints for guests and corporate outings they would have on property.

In the example of Olde Beau in Roaring Gap North Carolina his work in a helicopter and on ground produced a new website, printed marketing materials and art decor for the walls.
