Michael travels to Saint Barts to capture the beauty of the seascapes. As a photo artist Michael first captures a wide range of his own images and blends them together into one work of art. This can be printed in house on glossy paper or on canvas and overpainted by Michael with acrylics. During the creation process Michael placed flowers in key positions so that they can be texturized with acrylic paints. The canvas he uses is exhibition quality meant to last a lifetime once he glazes the finished canvas.
