In the words of the artist ” After walking the road and spending time at The Gustavia Lighthouse I wanted to replace the cannons with flowers and foliage. It was a peaceful experience and the colors of the flowers made more sense as an artist. The red door of the lighthouse is never seen since it faces away from the beautiful town below with striking red roofs. I have hundreds of abstracts at www.artbyval.art that can be placed subtly or in your face on the red door. I elected for this excample to use flowers found along the pathway of the lighthouse. My intent is to use heavy acrylics on the door and more subtle in spots on the flowers surrounding The Lighthouse.” Each painting will be One Of A Kind
